Vegetarian Sausage rolls

In this lesson we made vegetarian sausage rolls. I waa interested to see how these tasted with all the different ingredients replacing the meat. We placed all the ingredients in the food processor, however once they were blended together, I felt like tbe mixture didn't look very appetising. We rolled the mixture into the puff pastry and put them in the oven. Once they were done, I took a bite out of one, and to my surprise, they tasted like the normal sausage roll. It was great!
