Enchiladas
In this lesson we made enchiladas. We split up into 2 sections, 1 did sauce and the other made the filling, once they were both done, we rolled up the enchiladas, poured the sauce over the top and sprinkled it with cheese. We put them I the oven, and once the cheese was melted, we took them out and ate it. They were really good! I can't wait to eat them for dinner.

Chilli Con Carne
In this prac lesson, we made chilli con carne. In this lesson, I cooked with a different person because my usual partner was away. It was really good cooking with a new person. We chopped up all the ingredients and placed it in the electric frypan, and were really organised with the making of chilli con carne. Once all the ingredients were cooked, we crushed up the corn chips and sprinkled it over the meat mixture. We also left some cheese spare, to sprinkle over the top. We placed it in the oven to let the cheese melt a bit more. Once it was finished, I tried a bit and it was really delicious. I can't wait to eat the rest of it!!

Once it was done, we put them in the oven and waited for them to cook. I was really excited. Once they were done, I couldn't wait to eat my muffin. There were great!

Chicken and Avocado quesadillas.
In this cooking lesson, we made chicken and avocado quesadillas. I was really excited to make these in hospitality. We cut up the chicken, avocado, spinach and divided up the sun - dried tomatoes. I then put in my filling and put the cheese inside. I put the cheese on the edges so it would close. When they were put in the sandwich toaster, the cheese from my quesadilla came out, and ended up going everywhere. The second time, i didn't put cheese on the end, and so the cheese didn't go everywhere. I really enjoyed eating my quesadilla.

Pasta with Spring Vegetables
In this hospitality lesson, we made pasta with spring vegetables. We had to cook the pasta first, then chop up all the vegetables to be cooked with the pasta. The carrots had to be choped up like matchsticks because they take longer to cook. The milk made the pasta really creamy, but we had to make sure that it wouldn't bubble. When the pasta was cooked, we added extra cheese. It was delicious
